Proserv Offshore


1) Instrumentation Engineers (Johor Facility)

To Perform design on Well head control Panel as per client’s specifications, drawings and data
sheets.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
1. Responsible for the Engineering design of Wellhead Control Panels per client’s
specifications, drawings and data sheets.
2. Liaise with clients through all phases of the projects including meetings, Factory Acceptance
Testing and at the client’s site.

Education:
Degree in Engineering (Instrument and Control) .

Experience:
With related working experience in Technical Instrumentation Design.
Preferred
• Broad knowledge of Instrumentation Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical schematics and
their application.
• A thorough understanding of Wellhead Control Panels, Instruments Control Panels,
Fusible Loop Panel, etc.
• Competent in the use of Microsft Office and knowledge of use of AutoCad is an asset.
• Able to work alone with minimum supervision.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.




2) Tube Fitter (Johor Facility)

To Perform all tubing work on Well head control Panel. Assembling different type of WHCL as per
client’s specification.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
1. Execute technical & commercial promotion and sales of PAB and PME trading products,standard Proserv products and services.
2. Testing and commissioning of well head control panel.
3. Coordination of different type of hydraulic / pneumatic well head control panels.
4. Modules and test units assembling and commissioning.
5. Coordinate and support technical work scope in conjunction with discipline engineers.
6. Coordinate activities with other technicians

Education:
Good level of general education

Experience:
- Good level of General Education
- Mechanical based work experience & Service/Assembly Technician Experience Preferred
- Mechanical Technician Qualification, Time served Mechanical Apprentice & HNC/HND
- Mechanical Engineering or Related Discipline.
- Pressure Vessel Periodic Inspection Experience & Hydrostatic and Gas Testing Experience.

1) PROJECT ENGINEERS - DCS
•
Degree in Electrical/Computer/Chemical Engineering
•
Minimum 2 years experience in project implementation of Distributed Control System (DCS) or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with exposure in hardware, I/O and HMI configuration.
•
Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Networking and Servers

2) PROJECT ENGINEERS - BATCH APPLICATION
•
Degree in Electrical/Computer/Chemical Engineering
•
Minimum 2 years experience in project implementation of Distributed Control System (DCS) or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with exposure in batch and sequential cofiguration work.
•
Knowledge in chemical plant batch processes.
•
Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Networking and Servers
•
Self-motivated, high integrity, analytical, good communication skills and with leadership qualities


3) SYSTEM ENGINEER - DCS
•
Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Control Engineeringor a related discipline.
•
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in DCS/PLC project execution in a similar industry Those with technical field service experience may also apply.
•
Overall technical and commercial responsibility for projects and services assigned.
•
Responsible for the job progress and cost monitoring and reporting.
•
Provide support and guidance to the technical team.
•
Act as the main interface to customers, especially on all technical aspects.


4) SALES ENGINEER - INSTRUMENTATION
•
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Instrument) or a related discipline.
•
Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in general industries with proven record
•
Experience in the oil & gas and power industry would be an added advantage.
•
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
•
Responsible for servicing existing customers, establishing new contacts and developing new markets
•
Analyze customers' sales performance, monitor accounts, handle complaints and provide after-sales service.
•
Visit customer sites and follow up on customer's requests
•
Maintain good relationship and support customers.
